Observation

Staff member MJ does not have any of the required trainings in WAC 110-300-0106 (4) through (10) prior to working alone with children. At the time of the visit Staff member AT did not have verification of Bodily fluid training. Staff member AT did not have verification of current CPR/first aid training. Staff members JW, and SS do not have verification of a current food handlers card. Staff members SS, FR, and MJ have not completed child care basics and have been working alone with children unattended. Staff member MJ and FR have not completed recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, and exploitation training. Staff member MJ and FR have not completed emergency preparedness training. Staff member MJ and FR have not completed serving children experiencing homelessness training.
